Live lobster and massive beef ribs on pho… awesome or eh?! I was so happy to dine here with @dcfoodfreak. His recs are always on point so I was pumped to give XO Modern Pho & Grill a try 🙂 For this meal, I got their Pho XO Long Horn ($18), and it came with beef ribs! TBH they weren’t very tender 😅, but the broth was lovely and the noodz were yum. The accompanying pho fixings were super fresh as well! TBH, I’d probably stick with the more “classic” options next time, but it was fun to try this! They have a lot of seafood options as well + family pho (for 3-4 people), which is probably super instagram worthy, haha 😄 NOTE: there’s a crepe spot inside as well (called T-Swirl Crêpe), and you can order off their menu as well!
