INFO:
A 19-year-old Pakistani girl, Ayesha Rashan, suffering from heart disease, received a free heart transplant in India. Ayesha initially visited India in 2014 to get a heart pump implanted, but when that failed, doctors recommended a transplant. Unable to afford the 35 lakh rupees required, the Aishwaryam Trust and MGM Healthcare Hospital stepped in to cover the costs. The organ was transported from Delhi and the transplant was successfully performed despite initial complications. Ayesha now hopes to return to Pakistan and pursue her dream of becoming a fashion designer.
