I have been keeping this video for a while now because I was lazy to do a voice over, but here we are. For the fish I used Fresh garlic (crushed) Garlic powder White pepper Smoked paprika Salt Oil Lemon juice. You can either cover the fish with aluminum foil or not but I decided to use foil and put in the oven for about 20 minutes, but make sure your heat is not too high or too low. If you use foil, after the 20 minutes, remove the foil covering the fish and put it back in the oven for about 5 minutes for that crisp texture. Okay bye.
